TURNAROUND TIME
All items posted will have an ETA listed. For preorders, this is the ETA to me. Your items will be shipped within 10 days after I receive them. Ready-to-ship items will be shipped or ready for pickup within 3 business days. If you choose to have your item(s) shipped, there will be a small fee added to your invoice to cover the shipping costs.
Please allow an additional 3 business days to the turnaround time for embroidered items.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can choose to pickup your item(s) locally. Local pickup is in BRUNSWICK. When your item(s) are ready for pickup, I will notify you via email, and I will tag you in the thread pinned at the top of the Brynn + Bradley VIP Facebook group. You will have 2 weeks to pick up your purchase. Failure to pickup your item(s) within this time frame will result in you forfeiting your purchase without a refund.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. Most of our pre-orders will require minimum purchase quantities to place the order myself, and therefore I am unable to give refunds or exchanges once the order is placed. If you purchase a ready-to-ship item and are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, let me know and I will do my best to work with you on a solution.
